I booked Thai Airasia flights leaving on March 31st 2020 from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok then to Luang Prabang : Flight number : FD312 ; ticket reference : TV6YWV.
Kuala Lumpur is only a layover as we were planning to come from Kathmandu to Kuala Lumpur (Malindoair Flight number : OD181).
However, Nepal is now refusing access to French citizens so we won’t be able to enter Nepal as planned. Consequently we won’t be able to take the aforementioned flight leaving Kuala Lumpur on March 30th 2020.
I would like to claim a refund for this ticket. Could get back to me regarding this refund ?

En raison du covid 19, je ne peux pas demander de remboursement. Je souhaite donc demander un acompte : sur le site d’Air Asia, on m’indique que je dois m’adresser à l’agence de voyage (en l’occurrence Opodo), et l’agent d’Opodo que j’ai eu en ligne m’indique que je dois m’adresser à AirAsia.
